Sit less, move more
Short warm-ups and posture breaks spread through the day.
- Neck, shoulders, arms, wrists, ankles, marching, twists
- Seated or standing, to suit the person
SUVYLO is a small talking companion for your home or desk. At the moments that suit you, it offers a breathing break, a stretch, a brain game or a laugh, guides you through it by voice, and learns what works for you.
Speaks Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu and English. No app to open, no screen to stare at.

Created by a 70-year-old marathoner, Art of Living Happiness Program teacher and technology entrepreneur, who believes that a healthy body, an active mind and a happy heart can enrich everyday life.
Most wellness tools need willpower to open, and they live on the same phone that keeps us sitting still.
Wellness apps sit on the phone among a hundred notifications, so they get swiped away and forgotten.
A reminder can tell you to stretch. It can't count your breaths or walk you through the stretch.
The same routine for a student, an engineer, a new parent and a 75-year-old helps none of them for long.
Many elders won't use an app at all, but they will happily talk to someone kind.
SUVYLO offers each activity at the times you set, and stays quiet during your busy hours. Say "not now" and it lets it go.
It talks you through every breath, stretch and question, with real pauses for you to follow. Your eyes stay off screens.
Games get harder or easier as you play. A break you keep declining moves to a better time. Likes you mention are remembered, if you allow it.
Wave or touch to talk. Ask for the weather, the news, a story, a bhajan or a 10-minute meditation, any time. And at the right moment, SUVYLO asks you first.
Short warm-ups and posture breaks spread through the day.
Seven guided pranayama practices, paced by voice.
Quick brain games that adapt to the player.
Evening breathing and a short meditation before bed.
Laughter sessions, jokes, stories and music in the day.
A friendly "time for some water" through the day.
One short, interesting fact a day on topics you enjoy.
For elders living far from their children.
Three and a half minutes with the actual Buddy and what it can do for your body, mind and joy.
Pick one to read an example conversation. In the live demo you hear the real voice, in your language.
Example conversations. Wording varies; SUVYLO speaks in the person's own language.
It's 4 o'clock, Priya. Shall we take a 3-minute breathing break?
Okay, sure.
Sit comfortably and relax your shoulders. Breathe in through the nose for four… and out slowly for six.
· · · quiet while you breathe · · ·
Lovely. One more round, and then back to work feeling lighter.
Why it works: the break comes to you, and SUVYLO keeps the count, so you only have to breathe.
Riddle time! What has keys but can't open a single lock?
A piano!
Right again! That's three out of three today. Shall we try a memory one? Remember these: mango, bus, umbrella, temple.
Why it works: scores are kept, and the level moves up or down by itself, so the games stay fun instead of too easy or too hard.
Time for a quick neck and shoulder stretch?
Not now, I'm on a call.
No problem. I'll ask another time.
Why it works: if the same break keeps getting a "not now", SUVYLO suggests moving it to a time that suits you better. Your family or admin sees the suggestion first, or lets it happen automatically.
Get to know me.
Happy to! What time do you usually wake up?
Around six.
And what would you like more of: fitness, calm, a sharper mind, better sleep, or more cheer?
Better sleep.
Thank you. Just one more for today, and we can do the rest tomorrow.
Why it works: SUVYLO asks a few questions at a time, only when the person is free. The answers appear on the family dashboard, where the plan is checked before it's applied.
You don't have to find a free hour. Let SUVYLO spread the five across your day, or do all of them together in about five minutes.
Say "Let's do my joy ritual" for all five together. What you are thankful for stays private. And for longer sessions, just ask: "Let's breathe", "Give me a warm-up", "Ask me a riddle".
What happens when a lifelong passion for technology meets decades of experience in wellness and happiness?
Sreeprakash Neelakantan is the creator of SUVYLO and Founder & Managing Director of Schogini Systems Private Limited.
At 70, he still leads a fit and active life. A marathoner and lifelong wellness enthusiast, he believes that caring for the body and mind should be a joyful, everyday practice.
For the past 27 years he has been a faculty member of the Art of Living, teaching the Happiness Program and helping people explore breathing practices, meditation, stress management and happier living.
For the past three and a half years he has also run a community Laughter Club, bringing people together through laughter, positive energy and social connection.
His professional background is just as distinctive. A former IT Head at KLM Airlines, he has spent decades working with technology, software, innovation and intelligent systems.
These experiences raised a question: what if technology could do more than answer questions and automate tasks? What if it could gently encourage us to live healthier, think more clearly, practise gratitude and make time for happiness?
That question became Schogini SUVYLO: a friendly, physical AI wellness companion that helps make small, meaningful habits part of everyday life.
Where human experience meets intelligent technology.
A personal message from the creator“Over the years, I've seen how simple habits (movement, breathing, meditation, gratitude, learning and laughter) can enrich our everyday lives. But I've also seen how easily we forget to practise them.
We know that regular exercise is important. We know that meditation helps us find moments of calm. We know the value of gratitude, positive thinking and keeping our minds active. Yet our busy lives often push these simple practices aside.
I wanted to create something friendly and simple. Not another app demanding our attention. Not another screen encouraging endless scrolling. But a little physical companion that sits beside us, talks with us, reminds us, encourages us, and helps us make time for ourselves.
That's the inspiration behind SUVYLO. My wish is simple: to help people of every generation make a little more room for health, peace of mind, learning, gratitude and joy.”
Hear the story behind SUVYLO from its creator: how decades of happiness education, active living and technology inspired this physical AI companion.
Art of Living and KLM are named only to describe Sreeprakash's own experience. SUVYLO is not affiliated with or endorsed by either organisation, and these are personal credentials, not medical qualifications.
Tell SUVYLO who it's for, and it builds a day around their routine, goals and limits. Choose a person:
Example days. The real times and activities come from the person's profile, and the family can change any of them on the dashboard.
Desk workers and remote teams. Breaks that respect meeting hours, calming breathing, a wind-down at night.
College students and exam-takers who sit for hours. Breathing before study, posture breaks, quiz rounds and calm sleep routines.
Short 3-minute sessions that fit around a baby's day, plus jokes and stories for the whole family.
Gentle seated movement and breathing, memory games, laughter, bhajans and voice messages from children far away.
Also for lifelong learners and wellness enthusiasts of any age. Run a yoga studio, an office wellness programme, a school or a senior home? Tell us in the demo form and we'll show you how SUVYLO fits.
Fill a short profile on the family dashboard: goals, wake and sleep times, busy hours and any limits such as knees, back or balance. Or let SUVYLO ask by voice.
SUVYLO shows which breathing, warm-ups, games and meditations it will offer, and when. Nothing changes until you press Apply.
At set times SUVYLO speaks first. The person answers by voice: yes
, not now
, or stop
. A wave or a touch starts any other conversation.
Each night SUVYLO looks at what happened: game scores, declined offers, likes mentioned. It suggests changes, or makes them itself if you allow it.
A companion that learns about you must be easy to trust. These are built in, not promised.
We're introducing SUVYLO to a small first group of homes and teams, each set up and supported by our team in Thiruvananthapuram. Launch pricing comes in your personal quotation after the demo.
SUVYLO is developed by Schogini Systems Private Limited, a technology company in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India, founded by technology entrepreneur Sreeprakash Neelakantan. Schogini brings together embedded systems, hardware engineering, conversational AI, intelligent software and automation.
SUVYLO takes that expertise in a new direction: friendly, accessible technology that supports everyday wellness, learning and positive habits. Its inspiration comes as much from decades of meditation, happiness education, physical fitness and community laughter as from technology.
SUVYLO comes from Schogini Systems, the team behind AI Buddy: the talking desk companion that already greets visitors at businesses and keeps seniors company at home.
We design the device, write its software and run the voice service ourselves, so you deal with one team for setup, support and updates.
Designed and developed in India. Inspired by a lifetime of learning, wellness and innovation.
SUVYLO was created from a simple belief: small, meaningful habits can enrich everyday life. Inspired by decades of teaching happiness, practising wellness and building technology, it brings that philosophy into a friendly physical companion.
In the live demo, see the real Buddy respond, guide a meditation, challenge your mind and hold a natural conversation, in your language.
